PUBLIC NOTICE: Effective 11/14/22, Brightpoint will open the Housing Choice Voucher Program (HCVP) waiting list for the jurisdictions that is serves in Allen, DeKalb, Elkhart, Fulton, Kosciusko, LaGrange, Marshall, Noble, Steuben, and Whitley Counties.

Applications will be accepted on 11/14/22 starting at 7:30 a.m. at the links available at www.mybrightpoint.org/HCVP
