Jail Bookings 

The following people were recently booked at the Fulton County Jail:

• Speshal D. Hudson, 23, South Bend, was arrested Thursday on a warrant charging her with failure to appear in court on an original charge of driving while suspended. She was picked up at the St. Joseph County Jail and held on a $150 cash bond. 

• Kendall L. Boclair, 23, Peoria, Ill., was arrested Friday on a preliminary charge of driving while intoxicated. He was taken into custody by Rochester city police at State Road 14 and County Road 500 East and later released on his own recognizance.

• Cole A. Smith, 32, 407 E. Rural St. Apt. 5, Akron, was arrested Friday on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in court on an original charge of nonsupport of a dependent. He was taken into custody by sheriff's deputies at home and held on a $370 cash bond.  

• Irene Garcia, 32, South Bend, was arrested Sunday on a warrant charging her with failure to appear in court on an original charge of possession of methamphetamine. She was picked up at the Marshall County Jail and held without bond. 

• Cain O. Williams, 43, Wolcottville, was arrested Monday on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in court on an original charge of nonsupport of a dependent. He was taken into custody by sheriff's deputies along Heritage Trail and held on a $500 cash bond. 

• Jeremy D. Swank, 45, 1109 Park Road, Rochester, was arrested Monday on a warrant charging him with probation revocation on an original charge of possession of methamphetamine. He was taken into custody at the probation department and held on a $665 cash bond. 

• Brittany T. Wysinger, 36, Benton Harbor, Mich., was arrested Monday on preliminary charges of driving while intoxicated causing endangerment and possession of marijuana. She was taken into custody by state police at U.S. 31 and County Road 350 South and later released on her own recognizance. 

Police Incidents

Wrecks
• At 9:18 a.m. Friday, Mark A. Hartog, of Argos, reported hitting a pole in the parking lot of a local smoke shop, resulting in damages to his vehicle.
• A vehicle driven by Davneet Kaut, 19, of Danville, wrecked at approximately 3:20 p.m. Friday at U.S. 31 and County Road 450 North.
• At 6:48 p.m. Friday, police received a report of a motorcycle crash with no injuries at Ninth Street and Rochester Boulevard. 
• Vehicles driven by Dakota L. Flynn, 28, of South Bend, and Nachelle M. Gentry, 18, of Rochester, collided at approximately 5:40 p.m. Saturday at Solid Rock Church, 931 Monroe St. Another minor collision involving vehicles driven by Todd A. Rhymer, of Kewanna, and Robbin K. Elliott, of Rochester, was reported at the church around 1 p.m. Sunday. 
• At 4:27 p.m. Sunday, police received a report that a camper blew over at U.S. 31 and State Road 25. 
• Shortly before 7 p.m. Sunday, a man reported that his vehicle was hit in the parking lot of Kroger, 2040 Peace Tree Village. Surveillance video was to be reviewed. 

Trespassed
• A woman was issued a no trespassing warning for Arbor Woods Apartments around 11 a.m. Friday following a report of issues by the manager. 

Animal calls
• A resident in the area of county roads 200 North and 200 West was issued a warning around 11:30 a.m. Friday after their dog reportedly tried attacking another dog while loose. The owner advised his toddler let the dog out. 
• Shortly before 11 p.m. Saturday, police received a report that a man was being attacked by his dog at 4649 Beach Lane. Gunshots were additionally reported, however, police records indicate dogs were not shot and the man was  uninjured.
• At 10:25 p.m. Sunday, a man residing at 8980 E. State Road 14, Akron, reported that he shot someone's dog. The owner later advised that the dog was not aggressive and was out for two to three minutes. 
• At 7:15 p.m. Monday, police received a report that two dogs were being kept with inadequate housing at a home on County Road 700 North, west of U.S. 31. 
• At 8:48 p.m. Monday, police received a report that a dog was stuck in a drainage pit at 5662 River St., Talma. It was freed and taken to the Fulton County Animal Adoption and Education Center by animal control. 

Ordinance related
• On Friday afternoon, Rochester city police left 14-day warning notices for trash, garbage and junk at the following properties: 1409 Audubon Ave., 623 Madison St., 617 Madison St., 1615 Mitchell Drive, 1205 Pontiac St. and 301 E. 14th St. Additionally, a 14-day notice was left for unlicensed vehicles at 2408 Bayview Drive.
• On Saturday afternoon, a second 14-day warning notice was left for trash at 501 Ohio St. A 14-day notice also was left for trash at 1207 Monroe St. 
• At 3:33 p.m. Friday, police received a report that a juvenile was riding a dirt bike on the sidewalk in the 900 block of Pontiac Street. 

Fraud
• At 4:12 p.m. Friday, a resident of Arbor Woods Apartments reported being scammed for $300 back in August. 

Runaway report
• At 9:01 p.m. Friday, a resident of Chickory Lane reported that her 13-year-old daughter ran out during a lecture. A Kroger Fuel Center employee later reported that a female juvenile had come to their window crying, saying she was kicked out of her parent's house. The girl was then transported back home, but her mom would later report that she was yelling and screaming and had a knife on her. A crisis team of 4C Health was contacted subsequently contacted for assistance.

Noise complaint
• At 11:40 p.m. Friday, police received a complaint that a speaker was too loud at Ruthless Bar & Patio, 604 Main St.

Fire calls
• At 5:24 a.m. Saturday, firefighters were dispatched to a shed fire at 4098 E. 300 North. 
• Shortly before 2 p.m. Saturday, firefighters were dispatched to a camper fire at 9782 Canal Drive.
• At 8:26 p.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to a fire resulting from a tree falling on a house and getting caught in power lines at 1178 S. Old U.S. 31. 

Fight
• Shortly before 10 p.m. Saturday, police were dispatched to Rochester Motel, 2147 Southway 31, on the report of a fight between a man and woman. Police records indicate that he received a verbal warning for disorderly conduct and she was to leave the evening. However, police were called back later when the two were reportedly fighting over who gets to keep the room. 

Missing property
• Shortly before 2 p.m. Sunday, a resident in the 1000 block of Monroe Street reported that a license plate was either lost or stolen from their vehicle. 

Medical calls
• Medical personnel were dispatched to Rochester High School shortly before 2 p.m. Monday after a 13-year-old girl reportedly lost consciousness by a weight room. 
• At 5:38 a.m. Tuesday, police received a report that a man at Four Seasons Mobile Home Estates, 705 E. Fourth St., accidentally drank Borax.
