The following information is summarized from the records of city, county and state police agencies.

Jail Bookings

The following people were recently booked at the Fulton County Jail:

• Kevin L. Brock, 47, Plymouth, was arrested Monday on a preliminary charge of invasion of privacy. He was additionally picked up on a warrant issued out of Starke County. He was taken into custody by sheriff's deputies at 11th and Monroe streets and held without bond. 

• Logan J. Zeiger, 23, 1644 W. Olson Road, Rochester, was arrested Monday on a warrant charging him with probation revocation on an original charge of possession of methamphetamine. He was taken into custody by sheriff's deputies at 401 Westwood Lane and held without bond. 

• Benjamin G. Dyson, 46, 420 Northgate Circle, Rochester, was arrested Tuesday on a warrant charging him with probation revocation on an original charge of dealing methamphetamine. He was taken into custody by sheriff's deputies at home and held without bond.

• Linda L. Foss, 70, Springfield, Ill., was arrested Tuesday on a warrant charging her with failure to appear in court on an original charge of possession of methamphetamine. She was picked up at the LaSalle County Jail in Illinois and held without bond. 

• Tre R. Smith, 26, Indianapolis, was arrested Tuesday on preliminary charges of driving while suspended with a prior and false informing/reporting. He was taken into custody by sheriff's deputies at U.S. 31 and County Road 100 North and held on a $2,500 surety or $500 cash bond. 

Police Incidents

Thefts
• At 12:15 a.m. Monday, someone staying at Rochester Motel, 2147 Southway 31, reported that someone stole all of their belongings out of their room.
• At 5:33 p.m. Monday, police received a report that a male suspect stole shoes from Shoe Show, 2066 Peace Tree Village. He was reportedly seen riding a bicycle and had been in the store twice that day. A manager advised that she did not wish to pursue charges. 
• At 9:12 p.m. Monday, police received a report that someone was attempting to sell a stolen trailer on Facebook Marketplace. It was later retrieved and stored in police impound. 

Fake bill
• At 1:15 p.m. Monday, police received a report that Dollar General, 1419 Main St., received a counterfeit $20 bill.  

Break-in report
• Shortly before 5 p.m. Monday, police received a report that a man was breaking into a residence in Rochester Mobile Home Park, 1100 Park Road. The homeowner later confirmed that she had given the man permission to stay there while she was on vacation; however, hearing of issues, she wanted him gone. She was advised she would need to go through the eviction process.

Suspicious
• At 5:16 p.m. Monday, a resident of 2584 Bessmore Park Road reported that a male juvenile came onto their porch and took off running after noticing a camera. The area was marked for extra patrol as a result. 

Leaving the scene
• At 7:23 a.m. Tuesday, police received a report that someone drove away after backing into a vehicle in the area of Pontiac and 18th streets. 

Animal call
• At 11:05 a.m. Tuesday, a woman residing at 4784 River Street reported that two ducks belonging to someone have been tearing up her yard and chasing people. She was referred to the Indiana Department of Natural Resources, as the ducks have reportedly been free for quite some time.

Student issue
• At 1:13 p.m. Tuesday, police received a report that a Rochester High School student left school without permission and was walking through the park. An officer located the student and transported them back to the Rochester Learning Center. 

Fight
• Shortly before 2 p.m. Tuesday, police responded to a report of a fight at 317 Westwood Lane. A woman involved stated the altercation was verbal only, and she had no signs of injury, according to police records. 

Firearm report
• At 5:18 p.m. Tuesday, police received a report that a young child with a rifle was walking in the area of Old U.S. 31 and County Road 600 North. The caller was concerned for the safety of the child, who was reportedly shooting groundhogs in the area. Police records indicate that the child was treating the gun with respect and being cautious. 

Wrecks
• Vehicles driven by Sherry L. Brooks and Madelynn K. Hunter, both of Rochester, collided around 5:30 p.m. Tuesday at 105 Rochester Plaza. Resulting damage was minor, according to police records. 
• A motorcycle driven by Joseph Howell, 39, of Rochester, hit a deer around 4:30 a.m. Tuesday near 8308 W. 700 North, Culver. 

Citizen assist
• At 7:20 p.m. Tuesday, a woman requested to speak with an officer about her juvenile son using marijuana.

Extra patrol
• At 7:26 p.m. Tuesday, police received a request for extra patrol on Bachelor Road due to someone speeding and dragging a trailer through a yard. 

Overdose
• At 5:20 a.m. Wednesday, emergency personnel were dispatched to a residence near Delong on a report that a 32-year-old man had overdosed. Police records indicate that he was administered five doses of Narcan, used to reverse opioid overdoses, and transported to Woodlawn Hospital.
