The following information is summarized from the records of city, county and state police agencies.

Jail Bookings

The following people were recently booked at the Fulton County Jail:

• Kayla B. Graham, 32, 2097 E. Sycamore Drive, Rochester, was arrested Friday on a warrant issued out of Miami County. She was taken into custody by sheriff's deputies at home to await extradition. 

• Tonya Y. Boyd, 51, Indianapolis, was arrested Saturday on a warrant charging her with failure to appear in court on an original charge of driving without financial responsibility. She was picked up at the Marion County Jail and held on a $100 cash bond.

• Shawn M. Ehlers, 35, Winamac, was arrested Sunday on a warrant charging him with probation revocation on an original charge of driving while intoxicated. He was picked up at the Lake County Jail and held without bond. 

• Timothy Woodcox, 18, 6379 E. State Road 14, Rochester, was arrested Sunday on a preliminary charge of invasion of privacy. He was taken into custody by sheriff's deputies at 906 S. 900 East, following a report that a female had been shot in the neck. He is held without bond. 

• Justin N. Langley, 46, Plymouth, was arrested Monday on warrants charging him with probation revocation on an original charge of resisting law enforcement and failure to appear in court on an original charge of resisting law enforcement. He was additionally taken into custody on warrants charging him with three counts of dealing methamphetamine and two counts of possession of methamphetamine. He was picked up at the Marshall County Jail and held on a $50,000 surety bond. 

• Kenneth R. Preshon, 50, Lafayette, was arrested Monday on a warrant charging him with probation revocation on an original charge of possession of methamphetamine. He was picked up at the Tippecanoe County Jail and held without bond. 

• Troy A. Williams Jr., 41, 3972 S. Wabash Road, Rochester, was arrested Monday on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in court on an original charge of nonsupport of a dependent. He was taken into custody at the jail and held on a $1,200 cash bond. 

• Crystal A. Lewis, 36, 1317 Elm St., Rochester, was arrested Tuesday on a warrant charging her with contempt of court. She was taken into custody by city police at home and held on a $500 cash bond. 

Police Incidents

Fire calls
• At 3:10 a.m. Friday, firefighters were dispatched to a trailer fire at 4353 N. State Road 25. 
• Shortly before 3 p.m. Friday, firefighters were dispatched to a structure fire at 2816 Main St., Macy. Police records indicate that it was a shed in woods. 
• At 11:03 p.m. Monday, firefighters were dispatched to a crawl space fire at 1123 S. Old U.S. 31. 

Harassment
• At 2:06 p.m. Friday, a woman requested to speak with an officer about receiving harassing and threating messages. She was advised to apply for a protective order. 

Wrecks
• A vehicle driven by Kurt Rogers, 47, of Akron, wrecked around 4 p.m. Friday at 12560 E. 225 South, Akron. 
• Vehicles driven by Lindahl Walls, 15, and Aaron Gothan, 54, both of Mentone, collided around 11 a.m. Saturday at Sun on the Run, 1424 E. Ninth St.
• A vehicle driven by Matthew Crossland, 17, of Rochester, wrecked shortly before 4 p.m. Saturday at State Road 25 and County Road 575 North. He and a female passenger were checked over at the hospital.
• Shortly before 9 p.m. Saturday, police received a report that a vehicle hit a large rock at Taco Bell, 2080 Main St. 
• Vehicles driven by Ralph Martin, 67, and John Runkle, 69, both of Akron, collided at approximately 9:40 a.m. Sunday near the The Tire Store, 1905 E. State Road 14.   

Leaving the scene
• At 4:27 p.m. Friday, police received a report that someone drove away after hitting a vehicle in the parking lot of Caston High School.
• At 10:33 p.m. Sunday, police received a report that someone drove away after hitting a vehicle overnight in the 1000 block of Elm Street. 

Ordinance related
• At 8:32 p.m. Friday, police received a report of a fire in the 1200 block of West Ninth Street in violation of city ordinance. An officer responded, and a resident advised he would extinguish it. 
• On Monday afternoon, 14-day notices on ordinance violations for trash were left at 429 E. 12th St., 1118 Pearl St. ad 1208 Elm St. A 7-day notice was left for junk furniture by the road at 215 E. Fourth St., and verbal warnings were issued for junk at 117 W. Fourth St. and 121 W. Fourth St. 
• At 3:30 p.m. Monday, a resident burning tree debris at 527 W. Fifth St. was advised they were not allowed to do so per city ordinance. 

Mischief
• At 9:07 a.m. Saturday, police received a report that a that the tires of a vehicle behind Webb's Family Pharmacy, 724 Main St., had been "slashed," or intentionally cut. A back window was determined to have already been broken. 

Thefts
• At 10:15 a.m. Saturday, a resident of 530 Race St. reported that someone stole a license plate off his trailer. 
• At 2:07 p.m. Sunday, police received a report that someone broke into a building and vehicle at 9697 Washington St. and stole a chainsaw, a gun, fishing items and the memory card of a trail camera. The area was marked for extra patrol as a result. 

Fraud
• At 3:44 p.m. Saturday, a woman reported that someone used her debit card to make an unauthorized purchase of $760.

Trespassing
• At 7:10 p.m. Saturday, a woman residing at 2628 W. Olson Road reported that someone attempted to hit her husband after being caught trespassing on the property. The individual left on a four-wheeler, and the area was marked for extra patrol.

Fights
• At 11:23 a.m. Sunday, police received a report of a physical altercation between a man and woman at 7746 S. State Road 17, Kewanna. They had reportedly already separated at the time of the report.
• Shortly before 8 p.m. Monday, a man residing at Four Seasons Mobile Home Estates, 705 E. Fourth St., reported that his ex-wife slapped him, knocking his glasses off. She also claimed that he slapped her. Both were advised to stay away from each other and provided information on obtaining a protective order. Neither had any signs of injury, according to police records.  

Store issue
• Shortly before noon Monday, police were called to Smith Farm Stores, 151 Rochester Plaza, on a report of a man yelling and following a woman. The woman was given information on how to obtain a protective order, and the man was advised to leave her alone or face criminal charges.
