The following people were recently booked at the Fulton County Jail:
• William J. Ciccone, 51, Coaldale, Pa., was arrested Monday on preliminary charges of driving while intoxicated and possession of marijuana. He was taken into custody by city police after a report about a man being slumped over the steering wheel of a Dodge Durango at Goodwill, 200 Rouch Place Drive. He was later released on his own recognizance.
• Michael A. Weathers, 48, 328 E. Ninth St., Apt. 1, Rochester, was arrested Monday on a preliminary charge of domestic battery. He was taken into custody by city police after a welfare check at 1527 College Ave. and held without bond.
