 
                            The following people were recently booked at the Fulton County Jail:
• Stayce A. Hughes, 44, 105 Northgate Circle, Rochester, was arrested Friday on a warrant charging her with failure to appear in court on an original charge of driving while suspended. She was taken into custody at the jail and held on a $150 cash bond.

• Tracy K. Risner, 53, 430 W. Ninth St., Rochester, was arrested Friday on a warrant charging her with failure to appear in court on an original charge of driving while suspended. She was taken into custody at the jail and held on a $150 cash bond.  

• Justin R. Cain, 34, 200 E. 16th St., Apt. 3, Rochester, was arrested Saturday on preliminary charges of possession of paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, possession of cocaine or a narcotic drug. He was taken into custody by city police at home following the report of an overdose and held on a $2,500 surety or $500 cash bond.
