The following people were recently booked at the Fulton County Jail:
• Cortland T. Minix, 32, 1125 Fulton Ave., Rochester, was arrested Friday on a preliminary charge of reckless driving. He was taken into custody by state police at 18th Street and Mitchell Drive and later released on his own recognizance.
• Justin W. Hettinger Jr., 27, 606 N. Market St., Winamac, was arrested Saturday on preliminary charges of reckless driving, auto theft, leaving the scene of a property damage crash and resisting law enforcement with a vehicle. He was taken into custody by sheriff's deputies at State Roads 17 and 110 following a pursuit involving a vehicle reported stolen out of Pulaski County. That vehicle became fully engulfed in flames after Hettinger's apprehension. He was held on a $2,500 surety or $500 cash bond.
• Krista C. Parker, 35, Plymouth, was arrested Saturday on preliminary charges of obstruction of justice and possession of stolen property. She was taken into custody with Hettinger and held on a $2,500 surety or $500 cash bond.
• Carrie A. McPeak, 49, 3620 S. 700 East, Akron, was arrested Saturday on a warrant charging her with probation revocation on original charges of battery by bodily waste and driving while intoxicated. She was taken into custody by Rochester police at Ninth and Main streets and held without bond.
• Marlon E. Ordonez Colindres, 25, 4955 N. U.S. 31, Rochester, was arrested Saturday on a preliminary charge of driving without ever obtaining a license. He was taken into custody by sheriff's deputies at U.S. 31 and State Road 110 following a two-vehicle wreck and later released on his own recognizance.
• Brett M. Zartman, 41, 3113 Main St., Macy, was arrested Saturday on a preliminary charge of driving while intoxicated. He was taken into custody by sheriff's deputies at County Road 650 South and Old U.S. 31 and later released on his own recognizance.
• Timothy S. Hamrick, 53, 14448 E. 100 South, Akron, was arrested Monday on a preliminary charge of battery resulting in bodily injury. He was taken into custody by sheriff's deputies at home and later released on his own recognizance.
