The following people were recently booked at the Fulton County Jail:

• Santos F. Duran, 69, 7493 Liberty Ave., Fulton, was arrested Tuesday on a warrant charging him with probation revocation on an original charge of driving while intoxicated. He was picked up at the Miami County Jail and held without bond.

• Siandre Lena Marie Loutzenhiser, 28, Osceola, was arrested Tuesday on a warrant charging her with failure to appear in court on an original charge of driving while suspended with a prior suspension within 10 years. She was taken into custody at the jail and held on a $150 cash bond.

Wabash man to serve federal prison time for being a convicted felon with a firearm

Roy Skeens, 40, was sentenced by United States District Court Judge Damon R. Leichty after being found guilty of being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm.
Fulton County Veterans Honor Guard holds flag dedication ceremony

The annual paper chain American Flag is up at the Fulton County Public Library in Rochester, honoring veterans and active members service members from all branches of the military. Fulton County Veterans Honor Guard members gathered at the library Wednesday to dedicate the flag.
