INDOT announced upcoming traffic pattern changes to the intersection of State Road 19 and C.R. 500 S.
After a traffic engineering investigation, the decision was made to convert the intersection into an all-way stop-controlled intersection. The goal of the change is to help reduce the number of crashes at this intersection.
The intersection changes are scheduled to take place on or after Wednesday.

The flyers were in support of a mass deportation that would allegedly be taking place Jan. 20, 2025, stating immigrants are to “leave now” to “avoid deportation,” and encouraged locals to monitor and report foreigners.
