On Tuesday, traffic on U.S. 31 will be stopped six times for up to 30 minutes at a time to set beams for the southbound bridge over Elkhart Western Railroad between 13th Rd and 14th Rd.
Motorists are encouraged to seek alternate routes or expect traffic delays. INDOT encourages motorists to slow down, exercise caution and drive distraction-free through all work zones.
