Willie Miller, 96, of Francesville, formerly of Bailey's Corner

Willie Miller, 96, of Francesville, formerly of Bailey's Corner, IN, passed away at 4:10 AM Saturday, April 20, 2024 at Parkview Haven Retirement Home in Francesville.

He was born on January 31, 1928 in Arthur Mable, KY to the late Will and Dovie [Howard] Miller. Willie worked as a lumberjack in Kentucky before moving to Indiana in 1968 and going to work for the Monon Railroad (now CSX). He retired from the railroad after 23 years of service.

Willie was a member of the United Baptist Church of Bailey's Comer. He was an animal lover and especially enjoyed raising horses and mules. Willie loved his family very much and will be dearly missed.

Funeral Services will be held at 10 AM EDT Friday, April 26, 2024 at the Frain Mortuary Querry-Ulbricht Chapel in Medaryville, IN with Pastor Alvin Allen officiating.

Graveside Services will be held at 2:30 PM EDT Friday, April 26, 2024 at Kingsbury Cemetery in Kingsbury, IN.

Memorial Contributions may be made to Little Dove Baptist Church or Parkview Haven Retirement Home.
