Just after 3 p.m. Thursday, the Howard County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a possible burglary in progress in the 400 block of North Union Street in Russiaville.  Upon arrival, deputies noticed forced entry into the rear of the residence leading into a mud room.  It was learned the suspect was not able to make it into the living area of the house from this room and nothing appeared to be taken.
The suspect (pictures from home surveillance camera) is a white male with facial hair who was wearing blue jeans, a dark gray sweatshirt with red lettering and a dark colored sock hat.
