Walmart has announced that it is recalling approximately 10,000 cases of apple juice sold in it's stores across the country. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) says that the Great Valley brand apple juice was discovered to have potentially dangerous levels of arsenic. An initial recall was made in August, but has now been upgraded in September. Ingesting the juice could cause minor health issues, but is likely not to lead to serious illness. The apple juice was sold at stores in 25 states including Illinois and Indiana across the central and eastern U.S. and also in Washington D.C. and Puerto Rico. The juice can be discarded or returned to the store of purchase for a refund.
