Beverly Ann Perrin, age 84 of Bridgeport, passed surrounded by love on Thursday, January 2, 2025 at Good Samaritan Hospital.
Beverly Ann Perrin, age 84 of Bridgeport, passed surrounded by love on Thursday, January 2, 2025 at Good Samaritan Hospital. She was born in Lawrenceville on June 4, 1940 to William J. Allen and his wife Bernice L. (Dunstedter) Allen.
Beverly was married to William “Bill” Perrin. For many years, they enjoyed their lives together and raised their family.
Many of her friends knew her through her job at Central Industries where she worked until her retirement. Beverly also spent time working at local nursing homes and Casey’s. Her true love in life was her family. She cherished all of the time and activities they were able to share. She was a collector of Mickey Mouse and Native American Indian memorabilia and enjoyed bowling.
Those left to continue her legacy: her husband- William “Bill” Perrin of Bridgeport; three children- Bonnie Allen of Princeton, IN, James Perrin and wife Sarah of Saginaw, MI, and Rebecca “Becki” Shidler of Bridgeport; one sister- Betsy Hoback of California, MO; five grandchildren- Kelsey Allen, James Perrin, Jr., Samantha Perrin, Reba Shidler, and Aaron Shidler; and thirteen great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by: her parents- William and Bernice Allen; four sisters- Barbara Hixon, Bonnie Kraft, Bernice “Tupie” Deckard, and Brenda Kaul; and one brother- William Allen.
A time of visitation will be held on Thursday, January 9, 2025 from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at the Cunningham Funeral Home in Bridgeport. Funeral services will follow immediately at 1:00 p.m. Burial will take place in White House Cemetery of Bridgeport.
