The Parkview 7th grade Basketball Braves continue to put together a fine season. They have advanced to the finals of the Little Eastern Illinois Conference (LEIC) tournament with a 53-37 win over Newton Monday night in the semi-finals at Casey-Westfield High School. Matthew Ramirez had a big night with 29 points and Paxton Gher added 11. The 7th grade Braves will play in the final Wednesday night at Roosevelt Junior High School in Casey. The 8th grade Braves will face Paris in the 8th grade semi-finals Tuesday also at CWHS.
