Fans of the Red Hill Football Salukis will have the chance to preview the team prior to their season opener next week.
Red Hill will entertain the Carmi-White County Bulldogs in a controlled scrimmage Friday evening at Red Hill Junior/Senior High School Football Field in Bridgeport. Admission is a free-will donation to the football program.
The Salukis junior varsity and varsity teams will run a scripted number of plays against C-W-C and the Bulldog varsity and junior varsity will do the same against the hosts. The scrimmage will begin at 6:30 p.m.
The Salukis kick things off for real on Friday, August 30, when they travel to Casey-Westfield.
