Arrest for dealing in methamphetamine

Officers with the Marshall County Drug Task Force arrested a LaPaz man on Wednesday for dealing.

On March 6th County DTF officers were assisted by officers with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department.  They arrested 30-year-old Tyler Ramenda who had a booking address in the 66,000 block of Kenilworth Road in Lakeville. Ramenda was booked into the Marshall County Jail for dealing in methamphetamine as a level 2 felony.   

He is being held on a $25,000 cash bond.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed.  They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
