A Menominee Drive man was arrested on August 25 after County Police responded to a call of a man asleep in his vehicle at a county intersection.

At 6:28 Sunday morning, Marshall County Deputies responded to the area of 12th and Pear Roads in Plymouth for a male asleep in his vehicle stopped at an intersection.

Deputy Johnson was the first to arrive, identifying the male as 23-year-old Dylan C. Beabout of Plymouth.

During the deputy’s investigation, it was found that Beabout was intoxicated. He was taken to the Marshall County Jail and lodged for operating a vehicle while intoxicated.  His cash bond was set at $1,500.
