City Police Officers were dispatched to 1615 Pilgrim Lane, Arby's Restaurant at 9:35 Thursday night, July 4th for an impaired driver in the drive through exit.
An investigation by Officer Wallace revealed that Tara Warner, 46, of South Bend was highly intoxicated while operating her vehicle.
Warner was transported to the Plymouth Hospital for a certified chemical test which revealed her blood alcohol content to be over three times the legal limit.
Tara Warner was taken into custody and was transported to the Marshall County Jail where she was lodged for Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated with a Prior Conviction, Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated - Endangering, and Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated with a BAC of .15 or higher.
Warner was given a court date for Marshall County Superior Court III and a cash bond of $1,500.
