On Friday evening, April 4th, at approximately 10:10 p.m., Corporal Schieber with the Plymouth Police conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle near Michigan and LaPorte Street.  The stop was for driving with no lights on.

During the officer’s investigation, the driver was identified as 53-year-old Exal Cruz-Meda, of Plymouth. Cruz-Meda was found to have never been issued a driver's license.  He was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in for driving without a license.
