Donald Carlisle arrested at Family Express for disorderly conduct

Officers from the Plymouth Police Department were dispatched to the Family Express at the corner of Oak Drive and Jefferson Street just after midnight Sunday morning, September 1st, for a male and female yelling at each other in the parking lot.

Donald Carlisle, 56, who had a booking address of San Pierre but told city police he was from Plymouth was arrested for disorderly conduct. Carlisle was transported to the Marshall County Jail and lodged without incident.  Carlisle was held on a $250 cash bond that was paid on September 3rd at about 3 a.m. and he was released.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is a mere allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury, at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
