The Marshall County Drug Task Force arrested two individuals on Monday for dealing in methamphetamine.
On Monday morning, June 3rd, officers with the Marshall County Drug Task Force arrested a Plymouth man at the Speedway Gas Station on North Michigan Street for dealing in methamphetamine.
44-year-old Aaron Seibold, who resisted arrest was taken into custody with the assistance of the Plymouth Police Department and Marshall County Sheriff’s Department for the level 2 felony.
He was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $20,000 cash bond. Seibold was also charged for resisting and a report will be forwarded to the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office for additional charges.
The Marshall County Drug Task Force also located and arrested 58-year-old Donald Adcock of Largo, Indiana for dealing in methamphetamine as a level 3 felony. He was located in custody at the Wabash County Jail. He was issued a $20,000 cash bond for his charges in Marshall County.
Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
