On Thursday, September 5th, at approximately 12:15 AM, Marshall County Officer Wozniak initiated a traffic stop on a green 2013 Ford Explorer.

During the investigation, the officer detected the odor of marijuana, and a probable cause to search the vehicle was completed.  The officer located suspected marijuana, as well as synthetic urine.

The driver, Lerone P. Harris, 44, of Elkhart, was lodged in the Marshall County Jail for possession of marijuana.  He was held on a $250 cash bond.

Argos Police and Lyon’s Towing assisted Deputy Wozniak.
