Findley located in motor-home in Lowes parking lot and arrested for battery

Wednesday morning, December 11th at approximately 05:10 Plymouth Police were dispatched to 1100 Pilgrim Lane, the Lowe’s parking lot for the report of a domestic disturbance that occurred inside a motor home.

Officer Witkowski located a male subject walking around the parking lot looking for a dog. The officer’s report states that the male appeared upset and had lacerations on his face.

During the officer’s investigation, Kimberly Findley, 30, was found highly intoxicated inside the motor home and was arrested for Domestic Battery. She was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a cash bond.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is a mere allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
