A Marshall County Sheriff’s Department traffic stop last week on March 12th resulted in the arrest of 23-year-old Gregory Q.C. Frazier.
Last Wednesday at approximately 11:00 PM, Officer Wozniak with the Sheriff’s Department initiated a traffic stop on a tan 2003 Buick passenger car in the 2400 block of North Michigan Street in Plymouth.
During the investigation, a probable cause search of the vehicle was completed, and suspected THC items were located.
The driver, Gregory Frazier, completed field sobriety testing, and a certified test. He was taken to the Marshall County Jail and processed for operating a vehicle while intoxicated on a controlled substance and possession of marijuana.
Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
