On Saturday, May 18th, at approximately 12:15 in the morning, Marshall County Deputies responded to a report of a motor vehicle accident involving a golf cart at the Jellystone Yogi Bear Campground, 7719 Redwood Road west of Plymouth.
Marshall County Sheriff's Deputies responded and during their investigation discovered that the driver was exhibiting signs of alcohol intoxication.
Cynthia G Heredia, 43, of Granger was transported to the Marshall County Jail for operating a motor vehicle with a BAC of .15% or more and operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated endangerment. Her cash bond of $1,500 was paid shortly after noon and she was released on bond.
