
Saturday evening, March 15, at approximately 5 p.m., Plymouth Police Officers responded to the 700 block of West Harrison Street for reports of a male pulling a weapon on his neighbor.
Officer Lovely spoke to the caller and identified the suspect as Andy Koontz, 46-year-old of Plymouth. Koontz was found to have a blood alcohol level of more than .22%.
As a result of the officer's investigation, Koontz was taken into custody and lodged in the Marshall County Jail with pending charges for felony intimidation, misdemeanor public intoxication, and criminal recklessness.
