Meet Santa at Lighthouse Place Premium Outlets for the Holidays

 Simon^® is pleased to announce that families can meet Santa at Lighthouse Place Premium Outlets this holiday season. Santa arrives on Saturday, November 23^rd , for their annual tree lighting and will also appear on select dates for no-cost photos with Santa! 

• Santa’s Arrival and Tree Lighting – The fun starts at 5pm CST on Saturday, November 23^rd when Santa arrives in his “sleigh”, courtesy of the Michigan City Fire Department.  Santa will light our Christmas Tree in the main courtyard near Banana Republic, LOFT Outlet and Vera Bradley.  Santa will then ride his golf cart sleigh around the mall for free visits and photos with shoppers.
  • Joining Santa again this year are Those Funny Little People, a one-of-a-kind entertainment company with life-sized puppets who dance, sing and make people laugh. Making their television debut in 2011, Those Funny Little People appeared on the TV show America’s Got Talent and placed within the top 36 acts. (http://www.thosefunnylittlepeople.com/).  Those Funny Little People will be available for free photos with shoppers and perform a 20-minute show at the gazebo by Auntie Anne’s Cinnabon and Café Chocolate - The South Bend Chocolate Company.
  • New this year will be a live reindeer, courtesy of Animal-Grams, the largest animal entertainment provider in Northern Indiana, providing reindeer, petting zoos, pony rides and more to hundreds of events each year.  After the tree lighting, the reindeer will be near the former Information Center for free pets and photos.
  • Also added will be a host of food trucks at the 6^th street entrance outside the former Information Center including Culinary Gangster, Roundbelly’s Pizza, Tako Party Food Truck, Tocayos Express and Wilson’s Slam Dunk BBQ.
  • Lighthouse Place Premium Outlets is open 10am-8pm CST on Saturday, with the festivities running approximately 5-7pm CST but food trucks on site all day.
• No Cost Photos with Santa – Hosted inside the former Information Center, Santa will greet families with a candy cane for every visitor and each family will also receive a limited-edition Lighthouse Place Premium Outlets ornament to mark the occasion, while supplies last.  Santa will be available on the following days:
  • Black Friday 11/29 2-4pm CST
  • Saturdays 11/30, 12/7, 12/14 and 12/21 2-4pm CST
