Deputy Blake Bennett arrested a Milford man last Friday after he was observed driving a vehicle and swerving all over the road near State Road 17 and Glenn Overmyer Drive.

At approximately 3:45 p.m., the K-9 deputy conducted a traffic stop and located suspected methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia in the vehicle.

Kenneth Jordan, 60, was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail, where he was booked for possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia and held on a $1,500 cash bond.

The Marshall County Sheriff’s Department was assisted by the Plymouth Police Department and the Indiana Department of Natural Resources.

Jordan bonded out of jail on Wednesday. He has an appearance in Marshall Superior Court III scheduled.
