Shortly after midnight Sunday morning, March 30th, Officer Mark with the Plymouth Police Department arrested a North Carolina resident for driving without a license.

At approximately 12:15 am, the Plymouth Officer stopped a vehicle for traveling 88 miles per hour in a posted 50 miles per hour zone at U.S. 30 and Michigan Street.

During the traffic stop, the driver was identified as Branyer Munoz Espinoza, 25, from Wingate, North Carolina. It was determined that Espinoza had never been issued a driver's license. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in for operating without ever receiving a license.
