A traffic stop Tuesday morning at 1:40 ended with Plymouth police arresting a Plymouth man.
Officer Schieber conducted a traffic stop at the corner of Plum and Lake Street after observing the vehicle commit a moving violation.
The driver of the vehicle was identified as Juan C. Ventura-Enamorado, 32, of West LaPorte Street in Plymouth.
Ventura-Enamorado was found to be operating a vehicle without ever receiving a license and had a prior conviction. He was taken into custody and lodged at the Marshall County Jail for Operator Never Licensed-Prior. He booked in at 2:05 a.m. and bonded out at 4:50 a.m. the same day.
