Officer Fisher with the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop for unsafe lane movement and failure to use a turn signal on a driver Saturday evening just before 7.
The driver was identified as Evan Jackson-Boys, 35, of Plymouth. Officer Fisher determined that Jackson-Boys's driver's license had been suspended previously. He was taken into custody and transported to Marshall County Jail, where he was booked for driving while suspended prior and given a court date and bond.
