The Plymouth Park Department will host Easter in the Park events this Saturday.

First Federal Savings Bank will again sponsor them this year

The morning begins with Breakfast with the Easter Bunny, this time in the Horse Barn near Jefferson Elementary School.  A fantastic breakfast of pancakes, sausages, and beverages of milk, orange juice, coffee, or hot chocolate will be available from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.  The Plymouth Kiwanis Club will be cooking and serving breakfast, and the cost is $4 for adults and $3 for kids. Tickets are not being sold beforehand; you will pay at the door. The Easter Bunny will be there for pictures and to hand out goodies to the kids!

For the annual Easter Egg Hunt, kids will be divided into age categories: walking to 4-year-olds in the baseball diamond, 5 to 7-year-olds in the front of Centennial Park near the skate park, and kids 8 years and older will hunt for hidden eggs in and around the wooden playground.

Special eggs will be hidden in each age category, and kids can win a larger prize. Prizes include a Bluetooth speaker, gift cards, stuffed animals, candy, a NERF gun, binoculars, squishy toys, and slime.

Recreation Director Abby Collins sends a huge thank you to First Federal Savings Bank, the Plymouth Kiwanis Club, the PHS Key Club, and PHS Student Council members who will be volunteering to hide eggs before the hunt.
