Plymouth School Board meeting Tuesday at 6 p.m.

The Plymouth Community School Board will meet on Tuesday evening, August 6th at 6 for the 2025 budget workshop and regular monthly meeting.

These are both public meetings, and the community is welcome to attend.  There will be time for public participation on agenda items only.

During the regular school board meeting, members will consider in the consent agenda the resignations, appointments, transfers, student activity requests, and donation reports.

Plymouth School Board members will receive an update on projects from the Director of Facilities, Dave Schoof. Ted Brown, the Director of Transportation, will update members and ask them to consider the annual Route & Safety Policy.

The Plymouth School Board will consider the addition of preschool at Webster Elementary School and Washington Discover Academy.  Assistance Superintendent Jill VanDriessche will lead the discussion.

PCSC Business Manager Steve Boyer will present the Extracurricular Financial reports and ask the board to consider revisions to the classified conditions of employment while Superintendent Mitch Mawhorter will present and ask the school board to consider new and revised policies and guidelines on both the first and second reading.
