Officer Krynock with the Plymouth Police Department stopped a vehicle at Hoham Drive and Oak Drive on Sunday, March 9th, at about 10:30 a.m. for a traffic violation.
The driver, 56-year-old James L. Rodgers told police he was from Bremen, but his booking address was Poplar Street in Plymouth.
Rodgers was found to have a license status of Habitual Traffic Violator. He was taken into custody and lodged in the Marshall County Jail for the violation and held on a $1500 cash bond. His initial court hearing will be April 8th.
