City police were dispatched to two individuals arguing in the roadway at 1509 West Harrison Street on Tuesday, October 22nd at 3:45 in the afternoon.
Plymouth Police were dispatched to the area and while en-route to the address, Officer Lovely identified one of the individuals involved as Tara Lee, 33, who has a North Liberty address. The officer knew she had an active arrest warrant.
As the officer pulled his patrol vehicle to the side of the road he told Lee to stop and advised her that she had an active arrest warrant.
Tara Lee was placed into handcuffs and transported to Marshall County Jail. She was lodged on the active arrest warrant for a probation violation.
