Toy arrested for driving without a license

On Sunday, September 1, at approximately 7:30 in the evening, a Plymouth Police Officer was patrolling the area of Baker Street and Columbus Drive.  The officer initiated a traffic stop on a black Ford Explorer with expired plates. 

During the investigation, it was discovered that the driver, Kenwood Toy, 32, of Ed Cook Boulevard, did not have and had never had a valid driver's license. Kenwood was taken into custody and transported to Marshall County Jail, where he was lodged for operating a vehicle without ever obtaining a license as a class A misdemeanor. He was held on a $500 cash bond until 11:45 p.m. Monday, September 2nd.
