On Thursday, October 24th, just after 1 o’clock in the morning, Plymouth Police were dispatched to Pennsylvania Avenue for the report of an individual refusing to leave a residence after battering several people.
During Officer Mark’s investigation, it was determined Viola Mata ,53, of the 200 block of Pennsylvania Avenue in Plymouth had committed several counts of battery.
Mata was transported and lodged in the Marshall County Jail without incident. She was held on a bond and a future court date.
