Carole A. Spiewak, 79, passed away on Tuesday, October 22, 2024, at Miller’s Merry Manor, Plymouth.
Born on December 24, 1944, in Chicago, Illinois, she was the daughter of Frank and Lucille (Nardi) Paladino. She attended Santa Maria Incoronata Grade School and St. Mary Perpetual Help High School. On November 2, 1972, she married Robert Spiewak in Chicago, Ill.
Carole prepared meals for the retired sisters at Catherine Kasper Home before retiring in 2002. She was a woman with overflowing unconditional love and kindness that truly lived her life out by her faith.
She was truly devoted to the Catholic Church and served with the St. Mary of the Lake Ladies Society, Fatima Group, Extraordinary Minister of the Eucharist and Lector. Carole was also a member of the Monterey AM. Legion Post #399 Ladies Auxiliary.
Carole enjoyed traveling, cooking, gardening, going to the casino, playing canasta, dominoes and Bunko.
She is survived by her husband Robert of Plymouth; daughter Geralyn (Alan) Kuban of Plainfield, IL; grandson Alex (Sydney) Kuban of Knoxville, TN; Great-Grandson Kash Wyatt; Great-Granddaughters: Jemma and Jules; Brother-in-law Konrad Trojniar of Plainfield IL; nieces: Deborah and Angel; and nephews: Christopher and David.
Carole is preceded in death by her parents, her son Robert Spiewak Jr. and her sister Angela Trojniar.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 2, 2024, from 9:00 -10:00 am at St. Mary of the Lake Catholic Church, 124 College Ave. Culver, IN 46511.Rosary will be recited at 9:30 am. A Mass of a Christian Burial will immediately follow with Fr. Stephen Felicichia officiating.
Burial will take place in the Burr Oak Cemetery, Culver.
