The values of hard work and dedication were instilled in his family and is a legacy that will be carried forward. Ernie most recently worked at Oasis Lifestyle in Plymouth until September of this year.

Known for his kind heart, Ernie was always willing to help those in need. If you called, Ernie would stop what he was doing to lend a helping hand. He was a handyman; often making special gifts for those he loved all based off a picture or idea. Those who were fortunate enough to know Ernie, knew how gentle of a soul he was and what it meant to love unconditionally.

In his free time, Ernie cherished fishing, creating countless memories by the water with friends and family. Many treasured moments were shared at Willow Slough, particularly during the earlier years of his relationship with Samantha. He took great pride in his collection of fishing poles, showcasing not only his organizational skills but also his passion for the sport.

This past summer, Ernie and Samantha fulfilled a cherished dream by embarking on a road trip to Montana, where they created lasting memories while exploring various western states along the way.
