Gregory Paul Klein, age 65 of Plymouth, Indiana, passed away on Wednesday, July 24th, 2024. He was born on October 3, 1958, in Bremen, Indiana. Greg is survived by his loving wife and partner, Libby DeMyer, sisters Susan Schlarb, Lisa Robinson and sister-in-law Teresa Klein, his daughters Jennifer LaGuire and Courtney Cora, his step-daughters Alissa Summers and Ashley Sullivan , and his nine grandchildren: Brayden LaGuire, Milaya LaGuire, Carson Cora, Cameron Summers, Corbin Summers, Colin Summers, Madison Sullivan, Nolan Sullivan, and Griffin Sullivan.
Greg was predeceased by his parents Ronald & Marilyn (Auer) Klein, and brother Phillip Klein.
Greg dedicated his working career as a millwright at a Steel Warehouse. He enjoyed the outdoors, hunting, boating, and snowmobiling. However, his greatest joy came from spending time with his grandchildren, listening to their adventures. Known as everyone’s handyman, Greg took pride in his ability to help anyone with any task. He was always ready to lend a hand.
Greg and Libby shared their home with their dog, Maizy. Greg loved spoiling her with treats and took pleasure in teaching her numerous tricks, which he would proudly showcase whenever visitors came by.
Surrounded by loved ones, Greg peacefully passed away. In honor of his life, a celebration of life will be held at a yet-to-be-determined place and time. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. These contributions will support vital research efforts aimed at finding a cure.
