Janet Irene Levy, 82, of Bremen, passed away at 2:48 am, Monday, November 13, 2023 in Miller’s Merry Manor of Plymouth. Janet was born on April 17, 1941 in Plymouth, the daughter of the late John and Nellie (Tomlinson) Knoblock. On June 21, 1959, she married Michael Levy. Janet is survived by her loving husband, Michael; three daughters, Lenae (Brad) Robinson of Bremen, Annette (Dave) Walter of Bremen, and Karyn (Josh) Van Houten of Plymouth; son-in-law, Mike Lakins of Bremen; bonus daughter, Wendy Stevens of Bourbon, and dear friend, Marilyn McCray of Bremen She is also survived by nine grandchildren; Jennifer (Jayson) Bohn, Wes Robinson, Kelsey (George) Phillips, Kortney Suranyi, Alex (Laura) Robinson, Erika Walter, Jayde Walter, Megan (Blake) Lemler and Molly McFarland. Great grandchildren; Bennett, Henley and Blake Suranyi, Jameson Bohn, Carson and Hunter Phillips, Lilyanne Hale, Myleigh Walter, Nayeli Glass, and Tom, Sam, Ladd and Lyla Balge. She is preceded in death by her parents, daughter, Trena Lakins and siblings, Marian “Sis” Farrer, Doris “Dido” Krotik, John Knoblock and Caroline “Doll” Mikel. Janet had a passion for cooking and baking, with pies being her specialty. She also loved trips to Northern Michigan, shopping and spending time with family. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am, Friday, November 17, 2023 in Mishler Funeral Home, 2030 St Rd 331, Bremen.
