Lauro Vallejo Jr., age 50 of Plymouth, IN passed away on Wednesday, May 11, 2022 in The Ernestine M. Raclin House of Mishawaka, IN.
Lauro was born to Lauro and Estella (Valdez) Vallejo, Sr. on February 10, 1972 in Naples, FL. He graduated from Groveland High School in Groveland, FL. He married Shawna Menser on March 18, 2006. He worked as a custodian in Disney World, the University of Arizona, the Plymouth Walmart in the produce department and he helped his wife at The Pilot News. He enjoyed football, gardening, NASCAR, walking, wrestling, swimming and being at the beach. He was a member of the Journey Church in Plymouth, IN.
Lauro will be missed by his wife, Shawna; his daughter, Annalise Menser of Plymouth, IN; his sons, Jose Vallejo of El Paso, TX; Zach Vallejo of Plymouth, IN; Spencer Vallejo of Plymouth, IN; his mother, Estella Vallejo of Groveland, FL; his sisters: Flo Vallejo of Orlando, Fl; Noila (Matt) Rice of Clermont, FL; Noey Vallejo of Groveland, FL; his brother, Able (Yolanda) Vallejo of Clermont, FL; and his grandson, Elijah Menser.
Lauro was preceded in death by his father, Lauro Vallejo, Sr.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, May 15, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. in the Journey Church (1007 W. Madison St., Plymouth, IN 46563) with Dr. David Stauffer presiding.
