Lois Green Walter Miller, 86, of Plymouth, IN, passed away on Sunday, October 29, 2023 in St. Joseph Regional Medical Center of Plymouth, IN.
Lois was born to Donald and Dorothy (Schrom) Green on March 6, 1937 in Culver, IN. The eighth of ten children, she was born and raised in Marshall County, Indiana and graduated from LaPaz High School in 1955. She married her first husband, the father of her three children, and moved to California where she lived for a number of years. Her children are William (Billy, deceased), Patricia Briseno of Arizona and Susan Waller of Georgia. She later lived and worked in Colorado. She returned to Marshall County where she lived until her death. She enjoyed painting and artwork.
Lois had eight siblings who preceded her in death, Jim, Richard, Robert, Joe, and Max Green, Alice Good, Dorothy Arnold, and Janet Thornburg.
Lois is survived by her sister, Kay (Larry) Randt of South Bend. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
She loved her church family and friends at the Marshall County Church of Christ.
We would like to thank the staff at Pilgrim Manor for the wonderful care she received until her passing.
A graveside memorial service will be held at a later date.
