Norman B. Haynes, 88, of Plymouth

Norman Beldon Haynes, age 88, of Plymouth, IN, passed away on Monday, October 31, 2022 in his home.

Norman was born on April 23, 1934 to Garrison and Dorothy (Knox) Haynes in Mishawaka, IN. He was a resident of the area most of his life and graduated from Riley High School in South Bend, IN in 1948. He married Beverly McLaughlin on September 11, 1965 in Plymouth, IN. He served in the United States Army in Korea. He worked at Hill Truck Sales in South Bend, IN, Espich Trucking in Plymouth, IN and retired in 1997. He enjoyed fishing and keeping busy, but he loved spending time with his family the most.

Norman is survived by his wife, Beverly Haynes of Plymouth, IN; his sons: Jim Haynes of Dowagiac, MI; Robert Haynes; his grandchildren: Benjamin Levi Lawless; Victoria Kay (Jose) Hernandez; Nicolas David Belisle; Alicia (David) Haynes-Bright; Austin Michael Haynes; his sister-in-law, Sandra McLaughlin Staymate; his son-in-law, Bill Belisle; and his daughter-in-law, Tonya Haynes; along with many great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

Norman is preceded in death by his parents, Dorothy and Garrison Haynes; his brother, Garrison Haynes; his sisters: Bernie Redman; Mary Matheny; his children: Crystal Ann Haynes Belise (6-6-2017); and Michael Douglas Haynes (4-3-2018).

Cremation has been chosen and there are no visitation or funeral services planned.
