
Patricia “Pat” Schultz, 66, of Plymouth, IN, passed away on Thursday, February 6, 2025 in South Bend, IN.
Pat was born to Robert W. and Lois M. (Wing) Schultz at Porter Memorial Hospital in Valparaiso, IN on April 22, 1958. She graduated from Plymouth High School, class of 1976. She was an alumni 10-year member of 4-H and later became a leader of West Township Loyal Chiefs 4-H club and would serve several years on the county 4-H council. Pat continued her passion for agriculture with her employment by the Agricultural Stabilization Conservation Service (ASCS) office of Plymouth, IN. She would work at United Technologies in Bourbon before assisting unskilled clients with the skills they needed for various positions in Work One Development. She was an active member of the Indiana Young Farmers and Culver Young Farmers for over 33 years. She won numerous awards in the State Young Farmers and served on the board, keeping records for the local chapter. Pat was a member of Indiana Beef and served on the State Convention Committee. She was a member of the North Central Cattlemen’s Association for 35 years and served as secretary/treasurer.
Pat is survived by her brothers: Don (Sandy) Schultz; and Dale (Kaye) Schultz; and her sister, Sarah Schultz. She is also survived by two step-nephews.
Pat is preceded in death by her parents, her sister, Susan, and both sets of grandparents.
A celebration of life visitation will be held on Friday, February 28, 2025 from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Plymouth Baptist Church (11345 9A Road, Plymouth, IN 46563). A celebration of life service will follow at 6:00 p.m.
Memorial contributions may be made to West Township 4-H Club Loyal Chiefs (Marshall County Building, 112 W Jefferson St, Plymouth, IN 46563).
