Patricia Jean “Patty” Bauer passed away on December 15, 2022 at Pilgrim Manor in Plymouth, Indiana.
Patty was born to Roland and Bertha (Winger) Wagoner on October 5, 1938 and was raised in Bourbon, Indiana. She worked in the travel industry for many years and lived in Germany, California, Indianapolis, San Diego, and Florida before retiring to Plymouth. She loved animals, was an avid reader, music lover, and enjoyed spending time with her family. She was a proficient roller skater in her youth, and as a grandmother she was an enthusiastic supporter at skating, band, and drumline events. She loved travelling and was never happier than when she visited her many friends in Grand Cayman, her favorite vacation destination.
Patty was preceded in death by her parents, her brothers Tom and Bill Wagoner, and her son David B Bauer.
Patty is survived by her sons: Brent A. Bauer of Las Cruces, New Mexico; Rodney V. (Cindy) Bauer II of Indianapolis; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sisters Barbara Brunk; and Joann Wagoner of Plymouth; and Margaret Heckley of Indianapolis.
Memorial contributions in her name may be made to your local animal shelter.
Private service for family and friends will be announced at a later date.
