Susan A. Newman, 78 of Plymouth, passed away on Tuesday, December 27, 2022 at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center of Plymouth, IN.
Susan was born on March 8, 1944 to John and Ada (Goss) Hutchings in Plymouth, IN. She graduated from Plymouth High School in 1962 and went on to take classes at Ancilla College. She worked as an accountant for Umbaugh and Associates until her retirement in 2009. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews. She was a great sister and will be dearly missed by her family and friends.
Susan is survived by her sisters: Helen (Larry) Beedy of Plymouth, IN; Toni Hutchings of Plymouth, IN; and her brother, James (Kim) Hutchings of Indianapolis, IN.
Susan is preceded in death by her parents, John and Ada Hutchings; her daughter, Terri Newman (8/24/1988); her sisters: Mudge VanVactor; Ada Mae Pettill; Mary Jane Pulliam; Elizabeth Smith; Phyllis Kelsey; Ruthie Hutchings; and her brothers, Robert Hutchings; and John Hutchings.
Cremation has been chosen and no services are planned at this time.
