
The Plymouth girls opened the track and field season with a pair of victories.
Plymouth defeated Caston 105-18. They also recorded the win over Rochester, 89-42.

Yuli Contreras led the sprint team with three wins, Jersey Hunter got two firsts in the 100m hurdles and a key leg of the 4x100m relay.
Lola Hissong had a strong double by winning the open 800m race and a sizzling second leg of the 4x800m relay which took first.
Arielle Ferman placed in the top 3 in three events with a first in pole vault, the anchor leg in the 4x100m relay and third place in the long jump.
Lena Jones took two firsts with key legs for her 4x800m relay and 4x400m relay teams while taking third place in the 1600m race.
Taylor Schadek took two firsts as she helped both 4x800m and 4x400m relay teams to earn the blue ribbon.
Ava Lloyd won the high jump, took second in shot put, finished fourth in long jump and sixth in the open 200m.
Alexis Doll finished in the top 3 in both hurdle races.
Eva Macey had two strong races in the hurdles coupled with a strong anchor leg for the winning 4x400m relay.
Vivy Miller took first in the 1600m run and also had a blazing anchor leg for her 4x800m relay team.
Kathryn Morrison finished in 4th in the open 100m along with being a member of the winning 4x100m relay team. Lexie Myers finished second in the discus with a new all-time PR while Marissa Kmiatek took third, Megan Ovemyer finished fourth and Cordelia Cofer took fifth.
Sue Everett took second in the high jump and ran a very solid leg in the mile relay.
Denisse White finished in 3rd place in the 100m dash and had a very solid leg for her 4x400m relay squad.
Rylee Laird took third place in the 800m and also ran a solid leg for her 4x800m relay team.
Joy Everett finished fourth in the 400m and was on the winning mile relay squad.
Plymouth coaches said they were thrilled with several other performances from the following athletes: Nevaeh Arnold (both hurdle races), Yuritzy Ramirez (both sprint races), Amyra Benchaar in the 200m and 100m hurdles), Cadence Kinney in both sprints and the 4x400m relay and Ella Morrison in the high jump and 200m.
Plymouth will host Triton and Oregon-Davis for Senior Night on April 11.
