\n\nROCKVILLE-Elaine Brown, 81, of Rockville, Indiana passed away Monday, December 25, 2023, at Clinton Gardens. She was a janitor at the Bridgeton School and retired from A.F. Dormeyer Industries in Rockville. She was born April 6, 1942, in Terre Haute, Indiana to the late William Lawson, II, and Hazel Lawson.\n\nSurvivors include one son, Charles (Melanie) Brown of Rockville; one daughter, Carolyn Smith of Clinton; one sister, Carolyn Harney of Greencastle; nine grandchildren, Micheal (Raven) Brown, Matthew Brown, James (Jennifer) Brown, Donna (Brittany) Brown, Gregory (Becky) Franstead, Christopher Brown, Ryan Frazier, Cindy Frazier and Kyleigh Frazier; 23 great-grandchildren.\n\nShe enjoyed puzzles and reading.\n\nArrangements entrusted to the care of Gooch Funeral Home & Crematory, Rockville.\n\nOnline condolences may be shared at www.goochfuneralhome.com.\n\n\n \n\nTo send flowers to the family of Elaine, please visit our floral store.\n
